Main areas of experience: Lifeboats, Swiftwater rescue, orthopaedics and soft tissue trauma





Antony Palfreyman

 also known as Ant or occasionally Pod-the-shoe-God

Day job: Orthotics technician

Favourite Trip: Trekking across Greenland Arctic Circle Trail

Main areas of experience: handy man - can make and fix anything especially comfy shoes and bushcraft wooden spoons!




 Dr Ged Manning BMedSci (Hons) BM BS, DTM&H


aka Gerard (but only by his Mum)




Day job: kind of training in Paediatrics

Favourite trip: Cross-country skiing through Norway in a blizzard. With a thermos flask full of hot juice and a bobble hat.

Main area of experience: Paediatrics in New Zealand (and anywhere really, as children tend to be pretty similar!)




Jim Willcock BSc (Hons)


Consultant in motormechanics, off-road driving skills and logistics



Day job: varies but mostly can be found mending engines or riding his motorbike

Favourite Trip: Mountain biking in Italy

Main area of experience: Land Rover Mechanic, off road 4x4 teaching

Day job: exploring the world free of contracted work!

Main area of experience: A&E Registrar, mostly in Glasgow
